Big Data Analytics Capability Model for SMEs: Post- COVID-19

The importance and challenges of the big data analytics capability were identified. Furthermore, the Big Data Analytics (BDA) capability model was developed that explains how it can add value and support the decision-making process for businesses for SMEs.

The model comprises four key constructs: barriers, institutional support, government-universities collaborations, and enablers of Big Data Analytics adoption that can help SMEs to add value and support the decision-making process.
