![As we reflect on the repercussions of the ongoing Israeli war on Gaza, what lessons can we draw for the future of the international order? This question is crucial not only for large super powers but also for middle powers and those less capable of shaping the 'rules of the game.' Understanding these dynamics will help us better comprehend the evolving geopolitical landscape and the role different nations play within it.
Therefore, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), the Institute of Malaysian and International Studies (IKMAS), Malaysian International Studies Association (MyISA), Institut Masa Depan Malaysia (MASA) and the Centre for Human Rights Research & Advocacy (CENTHRA), will organise a special lecture event entitled, 'Future Prospects for Palestine and The Rules Based Order: Consequences of Israel's War on Gaza,' with Dr. H.A. Hellyer, a renowned scholar in Middle East studies at Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
