Today, Institut Masa Depan Malaysia (MASA) held a Bean Bag Sharing Session by our research analyst, Nur Zalikhaa’ Zainal Abidin, and an intern, Maryam Zulkafly, on how geoeconomics affects national security and geopolitics.
They explained about the logic of geoeconomics and how it has been increasingly seen to affect security and prosperity between states.
Both Zalikhaa’ and Maryam recently attended a conference, organised by ISIS Malaysia, entitled “Impact of Geoeconomics On Strategic Equilibrium The Indo-Pacific” which was presented by Dr. Darren Lim from the Australian National University.
