Today, Institut Masa Depan Malaysia (MASA) research analyst, Nur Zalikhaa’ Zainal Abidin, held a Bean Bag Sharing session, briefing fellow colleagues on the issue of child poverty.
On May 28, 2024, Nur Zalikhaa’ attended a round-table discussion (RTD) organised by the Institute for Poverty Research and Management (InsPeK), Universiti Malaysia Kelantan. The discussion focused on the issue of child poverty in Malaysia, which is often hidden from public view.
The discussion provided an in-depth and comprehensive view of the impact of child poverty on the physical, mental and social development of children, highlighting the urgent need for immediate action to address this prolonged issue.
