Umi Sabariah Salim sedang menjalani latihan industri penyelidikan di Institut Masa Depan Malaysia (MASA) bagi membolehkan beliau menamatkan pengajian Sarjana Sains dalam Sains Data di Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Dengan latar belakang akademik dalam bidang Bioteknologi serta pengkhususan yang mendalam dalam sains data, beliau mempunyai minat bagi mengintegrasi kaedah analitikal dalam penyelidikan dasar awam dan pembangunan negara. Umi mempunyai pengalaman profesional melebihi lapan tahun dalam operasi strategik dan peranan pentadbiran, termasuk perkhidmatan di Jabatan Perdana Menteri serta beberapa pejabat politik. Umi telah membangunkan pemahaman yang kukuh mengenai proses tadbir urus dan operasi institusi. Pengalaman kerjayanya telah memupuk penghayatan mendalam terhadap peranan data dan analisis berasaskan bukti dalam menyokong pembuatan keputusan serta inisiatif nasional. Peralihan beliau ke bidang sains data mencerminkan minat yang mendalam untuk merapatkan jurang antara pentadbiran tradisional dengan penggunaan alat analitik moden. Beliau kini sedang meneroka aplikasi pemodelan stokastik Rantaian Markov dalam kajian persempadanan kawasan pilihan raya, dengan tujuan menyumbang dapatan penyelidikan yang bermakna dalam bidang dasar awam dan tadbir urus. Melalui pengalaman dalam analisis demografi, penyelarasan projek, dan pentadbiran strategik, Umi berhasrat untuk menggabungkan kepakaran praktikal beliau dengan analitik data lanjutan bagi menyokong inisiatif penyelidikan berimpak tinggi di MASA serta menyumbang kepada pembangunan dasar jangka panjang negara. With more than eight years of professional experience in strategic operations and administrative roles, including service within the Prime Minister’s Department and several political offices, Umi has developed a strong understanding of governance processes and institutional operations. Her professional journey has cultivated a deep appreciation for the role of data-driven insights in supporting evidence-based decision-making and national initiatives. Her transition into the field of data science reflects a strong interest in bridging traditional administration with modern analytical tools. She is currently exploring the application of Markov Chain stochastic modelling in the study of electoral boundaries, with the aim of contributing meaningful research to the field of public policy and governance. Through her experience in demographic analysis, project coordination, and strategic administration, Umi aspires to combine her practical expertise with advanced data analytics to support impactful research initiatives at MASA and contribute to the nation’s long-term policy development.

Muhammad Ammar Syahmi Anuar merupakan seorang Penganalisis Penyelidikan dalam bidang dasar dan politik di Institut Masa Depan Malaysia (MASA). Beliau memulakan kerjaya profesionalnya sebagai Pelatih Industri di Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN), sebelum menyertai program Protégé di bawah Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) di Jabatan Polisi dan Strategi. Beliau kemudiannya berkhidmat sebagai Penyelidik Politik dan Dasar Awam di Institut Pembangunan Sosioekonomi dan Penyelidikan (SEDAR). Ammar merupakan graduan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Sains Kemanusiaan (Sains Politik) dengan Kepujian dari Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Malaysia (UIAM). Sepanjang pengajian, beliau aktif dalam aktiviti kepimpinan dan kesukarelawanan mahasiswa. Beliau juga mempunyai pengalaman dan minat dalam bidang komunikasi korporat, pengurusan acara, serta inisiatif tanggungjawab sosial korporat, yang mencerminkan komitmen tinggi terhadap keterlibatan dan impak positif kepada komuniti. Komited terhadap pembangunan masyarakat melalui dasar dan penyelidikan, Ammar sentiasa berusaha mengaplikasikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman untuk menyumbang kepada kesejahteraan awam serta memperkukuh wacana dasar negara.

Muhammad Ammar Syahmi Anuar is currently a Research Analyst in the field of policy and politics at Institut Masa Depan Malaysia (MASA). He began his professional career as an Industrial Trainee at the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), before joining the Protégé programme under the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) in the Policy and Strategy Department. He later served as a Political and Public Policy Researcher at the Socioeconomic Development and Research Institute (SEDAR). Ammar holds a Bachelor of Human Sciences (Political Science) with Honours from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). During his studies, he was actively involved in student leadership and volunteerism. He also has experience and a strong interest in corporate communications, event management, and corporate social responsibility initiatives, reflecting his deep commitment to community engagement and positive social impact. With a firm commitment to societal development through policy and research, Ammar consistently strives to apply his knowledge and experience to contribute to public well-being and strengthen national policy discourse.

Muhammad Iman Khidir adalah graduan Ijazah Sarjana Muda Ekonomi di Universiti Malaya dan telah menjalani program pelatih di Institut Masa Depan Malaysia (MASA). Beliau mempunyai minat yang mendalam dalam penulisan, penyelidikan, dan pemikiran kritis, serta cenderung kepada analisis ekonomi, kewangan, dan pembentukan dasar. Iman terlibat secara aktif dalam kepimpinan pelajar. Beliau berkhidmat sebagai Presiden Gabungan Pelajar Melayu Semenanjung (GPMS) Universiti Malaya serta merupakan ahli Sekretariat Kesatuan Mahasiswa Universiti Malaya (UMSU) dan Persatuan Kebangsaan Pelajar Islam Malaysia (PKPIM). Kepimpinannya turut melangkaui peringkat universiti, di mana beliau telah mengarah pelbagai program bertaraf nasional, seperti Piala Pidato Tuanku Kurshiah dan forum literasi politik. Iman cemerlang dalam pengajian akademiknya dengan menerima Anugerah Dekan selama dua semester berturut-turut serta merupakan penerima biasiswa Majlis Raja-Raja. Komitmennya terhadap pendidikan juga terserlah melalui penglibatannya sebagai tutor, mengajar pelajar sekolah rendah dalam mata pelajaran Matematik, Sains, Bahasa Melayu, dan Bahasa Inggeris. Iman berhasrat untuk mengintegrasi pengetahuan akademiknya dengan aplikasi dunia sebenar bagi menyumbang secara bermakna dalam pembangunan dasar dan penyelidikan berkaitan ekonomi.

He is passionate about writing, research, and critical thinking, and has a strong interest in economic analysis, finance, and policy-making. Actively involved in student leadership, Iman serves as the President of Gabungan Pelajar Melayu Semenanjung (GPMS) Universiti Malaya and is a member of the Universiti Malaya Student Union (UMSU) Secretariat and Persatuan Kebangsaan Pelajar Islam Malaysia (PKPIM). His leadership extends beyond the university, as he has directed national-level events, such as Piala Pidato Tuanku Kurshiah and political literacy forums. Iman has excelled academically, receiving the Dean’s Award for two consecutive semesters and being a recipient of the Majlis Raja-Raja scholarship. His commitment to education is further reflected in his tutoring work, where he teaches primary school students in Mathematics, Science, Malay, and English. Iman aims to integrate his academic knowledge with real-world applications to contribute meaningfully to economic related policy and research development.
